Shandy was # 1 Shih Tzu in America in 2003 as well as Best Of Breed at the prestigious Westminster KC show at Madison Square Gardens handled by Mandy Carlson. Shandy was also owner handled to Best of Breed at the American Shih Tzu Club National Specialty Show in San Francisco in 2004.
