Tzu Club Specialty Show
We
arrived at the venue for the Specialty after being
escorted by Norie's mother, Michie Onda who looked
amazing dressed in her traditional 'kimono' dress.
Richard was looking forward to judging a record
number of 95 Shih Tzu at the Specialty show. The
spacious venue was a bustle of activity with exhibitors
preparing their dogs and club members putting the
finishing touches to the well decorated carpeted
ring area. The festivities began with a ceremonial
'meeting' of officials and introductions. The first
classes to be judged were the 'Baby Class' ranging
in age from 3-9 months followed by the Puppy classes
for dogs 9-12 months.
