Jody has been involved in the Shih Tzu breed from birth as the daughter of Wendy and Richard Paquette of Wenrick Shih Tzu. Her natural talents were obvious from the beginning and as a Junior Handler was Canada’s National Champion two times in the mid 90’s and represented Canada at Crufts. Jody has always been involved in the Wenrick breeding program for Shih Tzu and has also bred some outstanding Whippets on her own. 

Jody has also bred Standard Schnauzers, English Springer Spaniels and Wire Fox Terriers. Jody is proud to be the co-breeder and owner of many winning Wenrick Shih Tzu and most recently `Panda` BIS, BISS Gr Champion Wenrick`s Don`t Stop Believing, Best of Breed winner at the 2015 National and Toy Group Winner at Westminster in 2016. Jody moved to the USA in the late 90’s and is currently living in Henryville, IN in the Louisville Kentucky surrounding as a very successful professional dog handler and business woman. 

She owns and operates The Dog House Pet Resort, the Spaw For Dogs Grooming Shop, Forestview Ranch Equine Accommodations and All Things Dog College. Jody’s strong work ethic, her passion for dogs and their care and outgoing personality have proved to be qualities that account for her current and future success.
